The RUBINO apartment is located on the third and last floor. It is 132 sqm and is the largest of the four apartments. It has sloping ceilings with wonderful exposed beams, with heights up to over 4m. It is very bright due to the large windows facing the inner courtyard. Despite being located in the center of the city, the apartment is quiet, with no noise from the square below.
The apartment is air conditioned by a modern air conditioning system.
It consists of a large living room with a large kitchenette, three large bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. In each room, there are either two single beds or a king-size double bed (180x200) enhanced by a soft topper. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that converts into a standard-size double bed (160x200)
The RUBINO suite can accommodate 6 people in the bedrooms and 2 people in the living room.
